A CHRISTMAS DREAM

This original cast studio recording features the songs from the new Christmas Musical “Castles in the Snow”. Created, produced, and directed by composer/lyricist Kenneth Norman Johnson, the Musical premiered in Pender Harbour, BC, Canada December 11 and 12, 2014 to sold out houses and standing ovations. The show continues to be a hit in seasonal performances at various other locations. Billed as a celebration of winter and the Christmas season, this delightful family musical interweaves gentle songs of winter beauty with childhood memories and a musical retelling of the Christmas story. Accompanied by a small instrumental ensemble consisting of Piano, Cello, and Percussion, the cast presents the work in a magical set, complete with a fairy-tale castle and a homey Christmas fireside, creating beautiful scenes that support the tender message of the music and lyrics.
